Pedestals application for wpc decking

Some decking projects require to rise the basement for at least 30cm high. The traditional method would be to make a metal frame as a support, then install the decking onto the metal structure. This method would increase the time and human cost, so for the developed countries, this method is not so pratical due to the high human cost.
